Why is my 3610 showing a 'voltage failure' alarm?

The Voltage Failure alarm indicates that the antenna power has failed. This is most often caused by water ingress on the cable causing a current leak to ground. The receiver goes to Alarm to protect the 3610

  • Check the state of the coax cables and connectors
  • You need to open any cable joints and inspect for signs of corrosion or discoloration
  • The antenna cable must be inspected for damage to the cable jacket
