If you wish to send equipment to us, you MUST FIRST request and obtain a return materials authorisation (RMA) number by using the Hardware Return Request form. The RMA you are given must be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. We regret that deliveries which do not bear an RMA will be rejected.
