Seastar Hardware Returns

If you wish to return Fugro Seastar equipment you must first obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorisation) number from our production team.

In the first instance, please tell us more about why you want to return the equipment. Please provide as much information as you are able about both the equipment and the fault you are experiencing. Consider things like:

  • Are you aware of any physical impact/damage to the failing hardware unit?
  • Has the failing hardware unit been exposed to the elements?
  • If the failing unit is a demodulator or receiver, which firmware version is installed?

You may request an RMA number in either of two ways:

Whichever version you choose, it will be reviewed and assessed by the production team and you will be contacted by email within one business day.

Our warehouse will not accept deliveries without a valid RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the packaging.
